InnMedia.SOLO is operated by Innovation Media Services LLC (“InnMedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to inn.media, newsroom.inn.media, and related InnMedia.SOLO services that link to it.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, country, role, and authentication preferences.
- Pre-order or plan-interest information that you submit through our forms.
- Content, prompts, files, instructions, brand preferences, and other material you choose to submit to the service.
- Messages or support requests you send to us.

- Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate network information, timestamps, and security logs.
- Service usage information such as pages visited, features used, generation status, errors, and performance data.

Google sign-in information
If you choose Continue with Google, Google may provide us with your Google account identifier, name, email address, email-verification status, and profile image. We use this information only to authenticate you, create or connect your InnMedia account, prevent fraud, and operate your account.
InnMedia.SOLO does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, or other Google services unless a separate feature clearly asks for additional permission in the future. We do not sell Google user data.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, secure, maintain, and improve InnMedia.SOLO;
- create accounts, verify identity, manage sessions, and support sign-in across InnMedia applications;
- process the content-generation actions you request;
- save preferences, onboarding progress, and account settings;
- communicate about verification, service activity, support, security, and important policy changes;
- measure reliability, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and protect users and the service;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How we share information
We may share information only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us host, secure, authenticate, analyze, communicate, and operate the service, including Microsoft Azure and authentication providers such as Google.
- AI and content-processing providers when needed to perform a generation or processing request that you initiate.
- Professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse.
- A successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information or Google user data.
4. Content submitted to InnMedia
Your submitted content may be processed by our infrastructure and selected service providers to produce the result you request. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and limit access to people and systems that need it for service operation, security, support, or legal compliance.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government secrets, highly sensitive personal data, or material you are not authorized to use.
5. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining account history, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type. Security, audit, and backup records may remain for a limited period after account data is removed.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your devices, authentication methods, and account access.

You may also disconnect Google as a sign-in method through your account settings when that feature is available, or through your Google account permissions.

9. Children
InnMedia.SOLO is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Additional minimum-age requirements may apply in your country.
10. Third-party services
The service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
